Where do I find it?

Account > Templates > PDF Templates

What does it mean?

PDF templates are used to create the tickets and receipts for the BoxOffice and Webshop. Initially you will see a set of default templates, however,  you can change the design by editing the template and/or the body.

For that, it would be useful to have basic knowledge of HTML, however you can use external tools to convert text to HTML code and vice versa, f.e. https://onlinehtmleditor.dev/

When a sales agent sells a product, the supplier's PDF layout is used.

What should I do?

You can change the text body and template here for both BoxOffice and Webshop by clicking on the 'Edit' button, for the invoice and for the Ticket.

You can use the PDF tokens in the text body. Please, take a look at the list of tokens here.

You can also change the text body per language in the 'Translations' tab, so you can offer your tickets and receipts in different languages for your customers. Customers who book on the webshop in English will receive the tickets and invoice in English, and so on.

Important note: If you want to change the standard template, please do it first in our test environment in order to test if the PDF ticket is correctly generated. Once you have tested it and everything is correct, then you can implement the same solution in the Live environment.

Please, contact us by writing to support@palisis.com in order to give you access to our UAT environment.
