What does it mean?
Palisis has created a new, more modern and sleek PDF-ticket for your direct and indirect sales through the Palisis webshop and Boxoffice sales channels.
When a sales agent sells a product, the supplier's PDF layout is used.
Where do I find it?
It can be activated or deactivated in Account > Sales configuration
What should I do?
Go to Account > Sales configuration> Use NEW PDF Layout = yes.
Or it could be just an option (Account > Sales configuration > Show optional NEW PDF Layout = yes):
This is helpful for you to verify if the new layout fits your needs, before they get sent out with confirmation Emails automatically.
(An excellent article about the layout capabilities of the old layout can be found here.)

In regards to reservations, where there isn't any payment, the system only generates a receipt which includes a QR code on the top right side in order to facilitate the process of issuing the ticket on the device. It also informs about the amount to be paid on redeem, which is 60.00 EUR in this example.
