What does it mean?
This layout applies to bookings made online via the Webshop, Box Office bookings, and sales made by agents on either channel. Every time a sales agent sells a product, the supplier's PDF layout is used to generate the customer's ticket or invoice.

Reservations
For reservations where no payment has been taken, the system generates a receipt instead of a full ticket. It includes a QR code in the top-right corner so you can easily issue the ticket on the device, and it shows the amount due at redemption (e.g. €60.00 in this example).
How are PDF tickets, reservations and vouchers delivered?
Online shop — The voucher is sent directly to the customer's email after purchase.
Box Office — You can print the voucher straight away or send it to the customer's email.
Good to know
Custom ticket images — You can upload a different image for the PDF ticket than the one displayed on the Webshop. This is handy for showing extra details like a meeting point or voucher redemption location.
Customer notes on vouchers — Choose whether the customer's notes are always printed on the voucher.
Partner name on vouchers — For partner sales, decide whether the partner's name appears on the voucher.
Configure both options at Account > Sales Configuration.
