Please note: The refund button appears by default only when exactly one favorite is saved. It remains visible if you have a single favorite, ⚠️but it will disappear if you have two or more.

What does it mean?
When a refund is performed, the system reduces the count of passengers and tickets when a ticket is refunded at 100% of its sale price.
Examples
Let's consider a booking totalling 40EUR for 2 tickets accommodating 2 passengers.
When we perform a full refund, the number of passengers and tickets on the bookings are deducted from the reports:
If we perform a refund for only one of the tickets, the report looks like this:
If we perform a refund for 10 EUR only (which is a partial refund as it is not the full price of a ticket), the report looks like this:
It is important to note that the reduction of passengers is done on the date the refund is made, not on the booking date.
