What does it mean?

We understand that customers occasionally misplace their tickets, claim they haven't received them, or require a new document following a reschedule. This article outlines the quick, professional process for re-sending an online ticket to ensure your customer has everything they need for their tour or activity.

This functionality is available only for online tickets booked on the Palisis webshop.

The ability to re-send tickets is useful in the following common scenarios:

  • Lost tickets: The customer has deleted or misplaced the original email containing their tickets.

  • Non-receipt: The customer reports not having received the initial confirmation email (often due to spam filters or a mistyped address).

  • Rescheduled bookings: The booking time, date, or specific details have changed, and the customer requires an updated ticket reflecting the new information.

What should I do?

To quickly re-send a ticket to a customer, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate the online booking: Navigate to Operations > Tickets & Bookings. You can find the booking using the last characters of the Booking ID, the Ticket ID, the customer's name, or their email address.
