What does it mean?
Welcome to the Products Page, your central hub for managing and understanding every aspect of your products. Designed for efficiency and clarity, this page gives you a comprehensive overview and control of your product, from pricing and sales to content and bookings.
By using this page, you can easily:
Quickly find all the information you need about a specific tour.
Manage your product details, including descriptions, images, and prices.
Get a clear overview of sales performance and upcoming departures.
Access relevant support with tutorials and help articles.
Let's take a closer look at what you can find in each tab.
Apart from that, each tab includes a video tutorial to help you manage the product and quick links to relevant support articles in our Help Centre.
What should I do?
Upon clicking a product, you'll be directed to the Products Page. We will now review each tab, detailing its contents and the available actions within it.
Overview tab
The Overview tab is your dashboard, providing a quick snapshot of your product's performance and key details.
Commissions
At the top, you'll see three cards showing your product's performance over the last month:
1 - Gross Revenue: The total income generated from this product.
2 - Tickets: The total number of tickets sold.
3 - Ticket Price: The average price paid per ticket.
These insights help you quickly gauge how your product is performing from a commercial and marketing perspective.
Upcoming departures
This section shows the three next upcoming departures for your product.
4 - Click 'See all' to view a full list of all future departures.
5 - Click the 'Manage' button to access and manage a specific departure. From here, you can view the passenger manifest, change the capacity, and make other essential adjustments. For more information, please, visit the support article here.
Sales channels
Here, you can quickly check which sales channels your product is distributed on. A green dot next to a channel indicates the product is active there. You'll also see how many different prices are currently available on each channel, giving you a clear view of your distribution.
About product
This section displays the most relevant information about your product, including its primary images and a brief description. You can click 'See content' to access and edit all of the product's content, including descriptions in different languages. For more information, please visit the support article here.
Setup tab
The Setup tab allows you to configure the core settings of your product.
Product settings
Here you can update basic information like the product's name and product code. For more information, please visit the support article here.
Bus operation
This section is for managing operational details.
6 - VAT: Verify the applicable VAT rate for the product. You can assign a different rate or create a new one directly from here. If you remove the dedicated VAT, you must then assign a VAT to each individual price for this product. For more information, please visit the support article here.
7 - Capacity: See if your product is capacity-managed. You can view the assigned capacity template, edit it, or assign a different one. You can even create a new template on the fly. For more information, please visit the support article here.
8 - Pickup Route: This is where you can check, change, or create a new pickup route assigned to the product. For more information, please visit the support article here.
Please note that once you have successfully created a new VAT rate, a capacity template, or a pickup route from here, the next step is to assign it appropriately to the product. This assignment should be done on the respective product page. By doing so, you ensure that the newly created elements are effectively linked to the product, allowing for accurate management and tracking of various aspects related to it.
Content tab
The Content tab is where you manage all the descriptive elements of your product.
9 - Images: View and add images to your product.
10 - Languages: See which languages are available for your product's online content. Click 'Add more' to activate new languages for your account. Remember to return to this page to fill in the product's content in the new language.
From here, you can edit all the content fields for the selected language, including:

Dates & Prices tab
The Dates & Prices tab provides a comprehensive overview of all your active prices for this product. Each price is displayed on a card with key information at a glance:
11 - Whether the price is active or not.
12 - The Price Name and Validity Date.
13 - If Dynamic Pricing is set up.
14 - The different ticket categories (e.g., adult, child).
15 - The number of sales channels on which the price is active.
You can also edit any price by clicking the button on the card, which will take you to the price page to manage all its values. For more information, please visit the support article here.
Direct links to manage your prices
On the right-hand side of the products page, you'll find a series of quick-access links to manage prices for all of your sales channels. This section is designed to give you direct control over your pricing and sales settings for each channel.
Onsite: for devices
This section is for managing prices on your physical devices.
Each price is displayed on a card, providing a clear summary of key details at a glance:
16 - Active status: A visual indicator showing if the price is currently active for the onsite channel.
17 - Price name: The name you have assigned to this price plan.
18 - Validity: The date range during which the price is valid.
19 - Ticket layout: A note on whether a ticket layout has been configured.
20 - Prices: The pricing for each passenger category (e.g., Adult, Child).
To make changes, simply click the 'Edit' button on the card. To create a new price, click the '+' button.
Below the price cards, you'll find the 'Receipt layout' section. Here, you can quickly check which receipt layout is assigned to this product and change it if needed.
Online: for your Webshop
This section is dedicated to managing prices for your online webshop.
Similar to the onsite section, each price is presented on a card with a summary of its details, including:
21 - Active status: Whether the price is active for the online channel.
22 - Price name and validity.
23 - Cross/upsell: Information on whether cross-selling or upselling has been configured.
24 - Prices: The price for each passenger category.
You can click 'Edit' to modify an existing price or the '+' button to create a new one.
Below the price cards, the 'Customer data' section shows you which customer information fields are mandatory or optional for this product. To edit these fields, simply click the 'edit' link, which will take you directly to the product setup page.
Boxoffice
This section allows you to manage prices for your box office sales.
The information displayed here is the same as the online channel, with one key difference: cross/upselling is not applicable to this channel.
Global distribution: API channel (TourCMS)
This section displays the same information as before and lets you manage prices for the global distribution channel via our API.
Here you'll find the 'Top Distribution Partners' section. This is a powerful tool that lists your top partners who are distributing this product. Use this data to make informed, data-driven decisions to optimise your distribution strategy.
On the right side of this section, you'll see a 'Connectivity Status' for the product. All items should show a green tick. If you see a red cross, it means a piece of information is missing and you need to take action to ensure your product is properly distributed through the global distribution channel.
By using the Products Page, you have all the tools you need to effectively manage and optimise your product.
