What does it mean?
Here you can check where your devices are located. The GPS Tracking only works when the device is turned on and has a stable internet connection. There are 3 modes:
- A blue circle: This device had running internet connection in the last two minutes and shows the exact position.
- A brown circle: This device was last connected to the internet at this point.
- A big white circle: This device was connected in the last two minutes but the system is unable to tell the exact position.
What should I do?
First of all, you need to enable the GPS function on your devices. For that, please visit the following article.
How to enable the GPS function on a device
If you want to check where one of your street seller or your tour bus is, you can do this with this tool. This is mainly a control tool.
Please, note that you can enable/ disable the auto-update with this button.
Other Uses
Once you have the GPS active, a setting can be activated in which it automatically chooses the nearest waypoint to where this device is. To activate this setting you need to send an email to support to support@palisis.com
