How to use "GPS Tracking"

Where do I find it?

What does it mean?

Here you can check where your devices are located. The GPS Tracking only works when the device is turned on and has a stable internet connection. There are 3 modes:

 

  1. A blue circle: This device had running internet connection in the last two minutes and shows the exact position.
  2. A brown circle: This device was last connected to the internet at this point.
  3. A big white circle: This device was connected in the last two minutes but the system is unable to tell the exact position.

 

What should I do?

First of all, you need to enable the GPS function on your devices. For that, please visit the following article.

How to enable the GPS function on a device

If you want to check where one of your street seller or your tour bus is, you can do this with this tool. This is mainly a control tool.

 

Please, note that you can enable/ disable the auto-update with this button.

 

Other Uses

Once you have the GPS active, a setting can be activated in which it automatically chooses the nearest waypoint to where this device is. To activate this setting, please contact our Support team here.
