What does it mean?
In this article, we will explain how to add internal notes to a booking. Internal notes in the Boxoffice will only be visible to you and your staff, and can be configured individually for each operation line.
What should I do?
Go to Setup > Products & Services > Products, choose a product and click on the 'Edit' button. After that, navigate to the 'Customer data' tab, then go to the BoxOffice section and select 'VISIBLE' for 'Internal Note'. Repeat the same process going to Webshop to enable the 'Internal Note' on your webshop.
Once the Internal Notes setting is active, a field for notes will be visible on the checkout page of your Boxoffice when making a booking.
Internal notes are visible in the booking details screen in Operations > Tickets & Bookings. You can add new notes by clicking on the '+' buttons.
A new test note is added to the list. Once you have enter the note, you have to click on 'Save'.
