In this video, we walk you through the process of resetting your password if you can’t log in.

This video shows how to update your password from the Backoffice.

What does it mean?

Resetting your password lets you regain access to your Palisis account if you’ve forgotten it, or secure your account by setting a new one. You can either request a temporary password by email and then create a new password, or—if you can already sign in—change your password directly in the Backoffice.

What should I do?

If you do not remember the password of your Palisis account

  1. Go to the login page: https://office.palisis.com/ and click the “Reset your password” link next to the “Login” button.

  1. On the next page, enter your email address and click “Reset password”.

Note: This only works if you already have an account in the system. If you do not have an account, you cannot reset a password.

  1. Palisis will send an email from do-not-reply@palisis.com. This email may land in your spam/junk folder, so please check there before contacting Support.

  2. In this email, you will receive a temporary password. Important: Before you can use the temporary password, you must click the link in the email to activate it.

5. After you click the link and reset your password, you will see a confirmation screen.

6. Click “Log in” and you will be redirected to the home page.

If you need to change your password for security reasons

We recommend that you change your password regularly for security reasons. If you suspect any security breach, we strongly advise you to change your password immediately.

You can change it directly in the Palisis Backoffice:

  1. Go to User → Password/2FA.

  2. Enter your new password (minimum 10 characters; you can use numbers, letters, and special characters). Then, click the ‘Update password’ button.

  3. If the password is changed successfully, you will see a green confirmation message at the bottom of the screen.

    • If you have not yet configured Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), this is a good moment to do it. For more information, see this article.

    • If you have already configured 2FA, your configuration will remain unchanged; there is no need to set it up again.

  4. Finally, log out and then log in again using your new password.
