Where do I find it?

Setup > Products & Services > Pick-Ups

What does it mean?

If your operation line runs with a pick-up route where the time type is ‘Relative’, it may be the case that some pick-up points are not serviced during certain periods. This might be due to several reasons, including rush hour traffic or restrictions on using a stop between certain hours.

In this case, you may wish to restrict the customer pick-up point selection while it is not operational. With this feature, you can assign a ‘Block time’ to the pick-up point, so that it will not appear as an option during that time.

What should I do?

When you create a relative pick-up route you can assign a block time to one or more pick-up points.

This feature applies to the Boxoffice and webshop.

Example

In our example above, the pick-up point “Souvenir shop” is not operational from 9:00 to 10:00 in the morning and its relative time is 10 minutes after the event. This means that customers selecting an event time from 8:50 to 9:50 will not see the “Souvenir shop” as an available pick-up point, because the pick-up time would be 10 minutes later (from 9:00 to 10:00) which matches the non-operational time (the ‘Block time’).

If the selected event time is 9:00h:

Then, the “Souvenir shop" is not on the list of available pick-up points for that event time:

However, if the time selected is 16:00h:

Then the "Souvenir shop" is one of the available pick-up points:
