What does it mean?
As an operator using Palisis Back Office, rescheduling lets you move a customer’s booking (or an individual ticket within a booking) to a different departure date and/or time without cancelling and rebooking.
What should I do?
Go to Operations → Tickets & Bookings and search for and open the booking you want to change.
Select the ticket you want to move.
Click ‘Reschedule departure’.
In the calendar, select the new date; on the right-hand side, select the departure time and click ‘Reschedule departure’ again to confirm.
Check the ticket now shows the updated departure date/time.
