Setup > Products & Services > Pick-Ups
What does it mean?
If you offer a pick-up service to your customers you can create a route here with pick-up locations and time. First, you need to name the route and decide set the time to absolute, relative or none.
Absolute means that you need to set a fixed time for each and every location and tour, relative means that you can decide how many minutes before or after an event starts your customers get picked up at a location it will automatically set the time for every event.
What should I do?
If you offer a pick-up service to your customers you need to enter all locations where people can get picked up also decide if the time is absolute, relative or none and then set the time.
To create a new pick-up route, then click on the '+ Add' button:

- ABSOLUTE: Each pick-up point has an allocated pickup time.
- RELATIVE: Each pickup location has a scheduled pickup time 'X' minutes before or after the tour starts.
- NONE: Pickup points are not assigned specific pickup times.
Then, go to the 'Pick-up points' tab, click the '+' button and create the pick-up points of your route.
For an ABSOLUT type, the time should be as follows:
For a RELATIVE type, the time should be as follows:
Where time is relative to the event time, for instance, a pick-up point of "-20" means that the people will be picked up from that point 20 minutes BEFORE the tour starts. Another example: If the pick-up point time is "10", it means that the people will be picked up from that point 10 minutes AFTER the tour starts.
In addition, you have the option to incorporate a Block Time feature, not showing the pick-up point as available for specify periods.
