Where can I find it?
You can find the Manifest by going to Operations > Calendar > Click on one event
Alternatively, navigate to Operations > Next departures and select a departure.
What does it mean?
At its core, a tour manifest is an essential operational document that provides a comprehensive list of all individuals participating in a specific departure. It serves as the "source of truth" for a tour, containing not only passenger names but also critical data such as booking references, pick-up locations, payment statuses, and specific customer requirements.
Implementing a robust manifest system offers several strategic advantages:
Operational precision: It provides your frontline staff—such as drivers and guides—with exactly the information they need. They can see at a glance where and when to collect passengers, ensuring the tour remains on schedule.
Real-time financial tracking: A manifest instantly highlights the payment status of every passenger. This allows staff to identify who has already paid and who may still owe a balance, facilitating secure on-site collections.
Enhanced safety & compliance: In the event of an emergency, the manifest acts as a vital safety record, ensuring that all passengers are accounted for and that specific needs (such as allergies or mobility requirements) are known to the staff.
Seamless communication: By centralising data, you eliminate the need for manual spreadsheets. Manifests can be printed or accessed digitally, ensuring that the back office and the field staff are always synchronised.
Capacity optimisation: By monitoring the manifest in real-time, operators can make tactical decisions—such as upgrading to a larger vehicle if a tour is reaching full capacity—to maximise revenue.
The tickets and bookings are displayed in different colors depending on their check-in status:
- Green
This indicates that this ticket and all tickets in the same booking have been checked in. In the booking view, if it's green, it means that all tickets in the booking have been checked in.
Ticket:
Booking:
- Yellow
This indicates that this ticket has not yet been checked in. In the booking view, if it's yellow, it means that none of the tickets in the booking have been checked in.
Ticket:
Booking:
- Grey
This indicates that this ticket is checked in, but some of the other tickets in the same booking are not. If the booking is grey, it means that some tickets in the booking have been checked in and some have not.

What should I do?
To customise the Manifest screen, you should click on the gear icon on the top right side of the screen.
You can remove or add items using the '+' button and select from the available options.
Newly added items will appear at the bottom but can be reordered by dragging and dropping them into place.
You can customise the information displayed in each of the four columns. Repeat the process for each column to tailor the Manifest view to your specific needs and operations.
Furthermore, you can remove the image on the header by toggling this selector.
You can also configure the Manifest with a ticket view, which lets you switch between the ticket view and the booking view in the manifest list. To enable this functionality, please contact our support team here.
