Where do I find it?
Sales channel > Webshop > Edit the Webshop > Offers
What does it mean?
You can customise your available offers in various ways, allowing you to make specific adjustments for each tour. For example, you can define a different booking process for each offer and choose what information to display for each one.
What should I do?
Navigate to Sales Channels > Webshop, then click Edit on the webshop where you display the offers you want to customise.

Then, go to the ‘Offers’ tab and edit the offer you want to configure:

There, you'll find a list of settings that you can customise specifically for that offer.

Let's go over what each setting means:
| Attribute | Description |
|---|---|
| Hide offer | It determines whether customers can book this tour or not. |
| Date-time option |
You can set different options: none, date only, or date and time. This determines whether the customer can select a date, a date and time, pickup option or neither. Choose the default setting for your webshop based on your preferences. ![]() |

Good to know
- Offer settings are configured individually for each offer. Changes made to one offer do not automatically apply to the other offers assigned to the same webshop.
- After editing an offer, make sure you save the offer settings and then save the webshop configuration as well.
- Some attributes in the offer settings list are deprecated and only apply to the old webshop design. For the new webshop, use the active settings described in this article.
- The offer display order can be changed by dragging and dropping the offers in the Offers tab.
FAQs
Do I need to configure these settings for every offer?
Yes. These settings are managed per offer, so you need to edit each offer individually if you want the same behaviour across multiple offers.
Why do my changes not appear on the webshop?
First, confirm that you saved both the offer settings and the webshop configuration. If the setting still does not appear, check that the relevant offer is assigned to the webshop and that the product, events and price plans are active.
Can I hide an offer without removing it from the webshop?
Yes. Use the Hide offer setting if you want to keep the offer assigned to the webshop but prevent customers from booking it online.
Can customers book without selecting a date and time?
Yes, if you enable the Allow event selection decide later option for the offer. This lets customers complete the booking without choosing an event date during checkout.
How can I control which price plans customers see?
Use the Show priceplans setting to select the price plans that should be displayed for the offer. You can select one or multiple price plans.
Can I change the order in which offers appear?
Yes. In the Offers tab, drag and drop the offers into the order you want to display on the webshop, then save the webshop configuration.
