Where can I find it?
Sales channels > Webshop > Edit > Attributes > Booking process
What does it mean?
Your customers can quickly see how many seats are likely to be available for each tour date directly in the webshop calendar.
Once availability has been calculated, each date is marked with a clear coloured line:
- Green: more than 30% of seats are still available.
- Yellow: fewer than 30% of seats are still available.
- Red: the tour is fully booked.
A matching legend explains what each colour means. Both the coloured lines and the legend appear in the calendar and on the event selection page, helping customers choose the right date with confidence.
What should I do?
Navigate to Sales channels > Webshop > Edit > Attributes > Booking process where you will find the "Calendar show departures" setting that you need to enable to use this feature.
