Where do I find it?
Sales Channels > Webshop > Edit the Webshop

What does it mean?
Optimise your online sales by ensuring a smooth booking journey. This guide helps you identify and resolve the most common webshop issues, explaining not just how to fix them.
What should I do?
If you're seeing the error message "This sales channel is out of duty at the moment, please check back later," it means your webshop isn't currently available for sales. Here's a step-by-step guide to resolve it:

Is your webshop active?
- Navigate to Sales Channels > Webshop.
- Check the Inactive tab. If your webshop is listed there, it's turned off.
- To activate it, click the Edit icon next to your webshop and toggle the "Channel Active" switch to "On." Remember to save your changes.

Are there any offers available?
- Even if active, your webshop needs offers to display. Go to Sales Channels > Webshop.
- Click the Edit icon next to your webshop, then select the Offers tab.

- If no offers are listed, click the "+" button to add them. Select the relevant offers and save.

Are your prices valid (not expired)?
- Expired prices will prevent offers from showing. Go to Prices > Products & Services.

- Click the Edit icon next to your price, then select the Edit Prices button.

- Navigate to the Date and Time tab.
- Verify both the 'Sales date range' (when the price is available for purchase) and the 'Event date range' (when the service or product can be used). Extend them if they are expired.

Are prices entered for all online passenger categories?
- Finally, ensure all relevant passenger categories have prices assigned for the online channel.
- Go to Prices > Products & Services.
- Click the Edit icon next to your price, then select the Edit Prices button.

- Go to the Pricing tab. Here, confirm that prices are entered for all applicable passenger categories (e.g., Adult, Child) specifically for your online sales channel.
