Where do I find it?

What does it mean?
In the new Webshop design, you can display a background image behind your offers.
This helps you:
- Make the Webshop visually attractive
- Align the Webshop with your branding (logo, colours, destination image, etc.)
What should I do?
Open the Webshop
- Go to Sales channels → Webshop.
- Click Edit on the Webshop where you want to add the background image.
Upload the background image
- Scroll down to the Webshop background image section.
- Click Upload or drag & drop your file into the field.
- Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG
- Minimum width: 1280 px
Tip: A wide (landscape) image usually looks best.
Save and check
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
- Open your Webshop and refresh the page.
- The background image will appear behind your offers on the Webshop.
Good to know
- Very tall images may be cut off on smaller screens.
- Avoid very large files (e.g. bigger than 2–3 MB) so that the Webshop loads quickly.
- Choose an image with enough contrast so that text and buttons remain readable on top.
FAQs
The image doesn’t change on my Webshop. What can I do? ▼
- Refresh the Webshop page or open it in a private/incognito window.
- Make sure you clicked Save after uploading the new image.
Which image size do you recommend? ▼
- At least 1280 px wide, in landscape format (e.g. 1280×720 px or larger).
- Use compressed JPG/PNG to keep the file size moderate.
