Where do I find it?

Go to Sales channels > Webshop > Edit the Webshop > Advanced > Integration.

Find Integration Settings Menu
Advanced Integration Menu

What does it mean?

The Integration tab contains settings that control how your Webshop looks and behaves for customers. You can use these options to adjust language and regional formats, show or hide header elements, configure checkout behaviour, and set options for iFrame integrations.

Most settings can be enabled or disabled with a Yes/No option. Only change a setting if you are sure it matches the experience you want to offer in your Webshop.

What should I do?

Language & Localization Settings

Use these settings to control the default language, available languages, and date and time formats shown in your Webshop.

  • Force locale (locale code, for example en for English): By default, the Webshop chooses the language based on the browser's preferred language settings. Entering a locale code forces the Webshop to always display that language, regardless of the customer’s location. This option does not apply to iFrame integrations.

    Force Locale Options
  • Date format: Defines how dates are displayed to customers.
  • Time format: Defines how times are displayed to customers.
  • Date Time format: Defines how combined date and time values are displayed to customers.

For detailed instructions on date and time formats, see this article: How to change Date/Time formats on the Webshop

Branding & Header Layout Settings

Use these settings to control the appearance of your logo and the visibility of navigation elements in the Webshop header.

  • Logo centered: Places the logo in the centre of the header. By default, the logo is aligned to the top left of the screen.
  • Logo hidden: Hides the logo in the Webshop. This is useful if the Webshop is embedded in your website using an iFrame and you do not want to show the logo twice. For more information, please visit the article iFrame integration guide.
Logo Centered and Hidden Configuration
  • Logo width 100%: Makes the logo use the full available header width.
  • Sticky header enabled: Keeps the logo and header visible during the full booking process on mobile devices.

  • Lang link is hidden: Hides all language links in the top-right corner of the Webshop.

  • Claim link is hidden: Hides the “My orders” button at the top of the Webshop, next to the language selector.
Hide Claim Link Option
  • Basket-widget hidden: Hides the basket handle. This button appears in the top-right corner after a customer adds an offer to the basket.

Footer & Contact Display Settings

Use these settings to control general page elements outside the main header.

  • Contact is hidden: Hides the contact information in the bottom-left corner of the Webshop.

Contact Is Hidden No

Booking Navigation & Flow Control

Use these settings to control how customers move forwards and backwards during the booking and checkout process.

  • Booking indicator-cancel hidden: Hides the “Go back to offers” link. This is useful when you embed the Webshop in an iFrame and send customers directly to a specific offer. For more information, please visit the article iFrame integratino guide.

Checkout Behavior & Pricing Settings

Use these settings to control checkout rules, zero-price bookings, and confirmation timing.

  • Zero allowed enabled: Allows customers to complete bookings with a price of 0. This is enabled by default. Set it to “No” if you do not want to allow free bookings.

    Zero Allowed Configuration
  • Publish basket after checkout with delay: Sets the delay between successful checkout/payment and the confirmation display. The standard setting is “Yes” with a 1.5-second delay; “No” uses a 0.25-second delay. We recommend keeping the standard setting.

Checkout Custom Checkboxes & Forms

Use these settings to add custom consent checkboxes and marketing opt-ins to the checkout screen.

  • Extra checkbox 1 enabled: Shows an additional checkbox below the terms and conditions on the checkout screen.
  • Extra checkbox 1 text (HTML allowed): Defines the text shown next to the first extra checkbox. HTML is supported, so you can add links or bold text.
  • Extra checkbox 2 enabled: Shows a second additional checkbox below the terms and conditions on the checkout screen.
  • Extra checkbox 2 text (HTML allowed): Defines the text shown next to the second extra checkbox. HTML is supported, so you can add links or bold text.

  • Show Send Newsletter Checkbox: Shows an extra checkbox on the checkout page so customers can consent to subscribe to your newsletter.

iFrame Integration Specifics

Use this setting only if your Webshop is embedded in another website using an iFrame. For more information, please visit the article iFrame integration guide.

Good to know

  • Test your Webshop after changing these settings to confirm the customer experience works as expected.
  • If your Webshop is embedded in an iFrame, review the iFrame-specific settings carefully because some language and navigation options may behave differently. For more information, please visit the article iFrame integration guide.
Which language will customers see by default? ▼

By default, the Webshop selects the language based on the browser's preferred language settings. If you set a value in Force locale, the Webshop uses that language instead.

Should I change every setting in the Integration tab? ▼

No. Only change the settings that match your Webshop setup. If your Webshop already works as expected, keep the default settings.
