Where do I find it?
In the BackOffice, go to Sales channels > Webshop > Edit the webshop > Advanced > Sorting.
What does it mean?
Use these settings to choose how information is displayed in your webshop during the booking process. You can control the order of passenger categories, seat categories, price plans, offers and the booking summary.
This helps you present the most important options clearly to your customers, so they can complete their booking more easily.
What should I do?
Sorting
For each sorting setting, choose how the items should appear in the webshop:
- Ordinal: Uses the manual order you set in the BackOffice. Choose this if you want full control over the order.
- Name: Sorts items alphabetically by name.
- None: Keeps the default order, based on when the items were created.
| Attribute | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Sort option passenger category | Defines the order of passenger categories, for example Adult, Child or Senior. |
| Sort option seat category | Defines the order of seat categories shown to customers. |
| Sort option price plan | Defines the order of price plans in the booking process. |
| Sort option offer | Defines the order of offers shown in the webshop. |
| Sort option summary | Defines the order of items in the booking summary. |
| Sort option last name | When offers are sorted by name, this places partner offers after your own offers. |
Good to know
- If you want a specific order, use Ordinal and arrange the items manually in the BackOffice first.
If you choose Name, check that the item names are customer-friendly because customers will see them in alphabetical order.
After changing these settings, open the webshop and test the booking process to confirm everything appears as expected.
