Where do I find it?
Go to Sales channels > Webshop > Edit the Webshop > Advanced > Calendar.
What does it mean?
The calendar settings control how dates and departures are shown on your webshop. You can decide whether customers see a calendar, a short list of upcoming departures, or both.
Use these options to make booking easier for customers, especially when an offer has only a few upcoming dates or when you want to highlight the next available departures.
What should I do?
Timetable show upcoming
Use this setting to show or hide a list of the next upcoming departures on the webshop.
- Enabled — the webshop shows a small timetable with the next upcoming departures for the offer. This is the default setting.
- Disabled — the upcoming departures list is hidden. Customers choose a date using the calendar or date selector.
Choose this option if you want customers to quickly see the next available dates without opening the full calendar first.
Timetable show upcoming only
Use this setting when you want the webshop to show only the upcoming departures list instead of the calendar.
- Enabled — only upcoming departures are shown. The calendar is not visible.
- Disabled — the calendar remains visible. Upcoming departures are also shown if
Timetable show upcomingis enabled.
This option is useful when customers should choose from a short list of available departures instead of browsing the calendar.
Timetable upcoming value
Enter how many upcoming departures should be displayed in the timetable.
You can enter a number from 1 to 10. For example, enter 2 if you only want to show the next two departures.
Tip: Show only a few departures if you want to keep the booking page short and easy to read.
Event preload (month)
Use this setting to decide how many months into the future customers can see and book departures online.
For example, if you enter 12, customers can view and book departures up to 12 months from today.
Choose a value that matches how far in advance you usually publish availability.
