What should I do?

Contact Palisis Support as soon as you notice that an Adyen terminal is missing or has been stolen. Please include the details below so we can identify and block the correct device.

Lost or stolen Adyen terminal report

  • Terminal serial number(s)
  • Where the loss or theft happened
  • When it happened
  • How it happened
  • How you detected it
  • Whether the terminal(s) were in use at the time
  • Whether you have filed a police report
  • What actions you are taking to prevent this from happening again

Once we receive this information, our team will deactivate the terminal and notify Adyen or the manufacturer where required.
