How to use the Palisis Ticketing APP on Android mobile devices

The following article is about the functionality and usage of the Palisis Ticketing application for Android mobile devices. The Palisis Ticketing app includes all the basic functions you already know from using the Palisis Ticketing Terminals. It enables you to make bookings, redeem vouchers, check the validity of tickets and issue cash settlements.

Basic Setup

If you want to install the Palisis Ticketing app on your mobile phone, you can download it from the Google Play Store (not in the browser) on your Android device.

Search for “Palisis Ticketing” and install it on your device.

At the moment of installation, you are required to grant ALL permissions to the app.

Once on this screen, press and hold the 'Start Ticketing' button for at least 5 seconds to proceed.

Good to know

Please note the following:

  • Usage: Usually, Palisis devices come with the app pre-installed. However, if you are using your own mobile phone, you can download the Palisis App to perform redemptions (validations).

  • Phone Functionality: This uses a live account; bookings are registered and the app can be used for testing or redemptions. Note: Printing tickets and credit card payments are not supported on mobile phones.

  • Version Updates: We regularly roll out improvements to guarantee top-tier service and security. If you notice your device updating, it's simply to provide you with the latest features and system stability.
