What does it mean?
Log files contain detailed records of all actions performed within the Palisis app and are essential for diagnosing issues with your device. Uploading these files allows our support team to analyse the data and help resolve any incidents efficiently. Follow the steps below to upload your log files and assist in troubleshooting.
What should I do?
On the main screen, click the settings icon (gear).
Then, click on Support mode.
Once the process is complete, you can return to the main "Start Ticketing" screen.
Our support team will then be able to check and evaluate the logs to assist with troubleshooting.
