How to sign-in to Zendesk

Where do I find it?

Find the Sign in link at the top right of each Help Centre:

What does it mean?

This guide explains how to sign in to Zendesk to access new features, restricted content in our Academy, and manage all your support tickets in one place.

 

What should I do?

Step 1: Access the Help Centre

  • Navigate to the Zendesk help centre you wish to contact.

  • Look for the 'Sign In' button, located in the top-right corner of the page. Clicking this will prompt a login box to appear.

Step 2: Sign up (first-time user)

  • If this is your first time using the portal, you will need to register for an account. In the sign-in box, click on the 'Sign up' link.

  • Enter your full name and the email address you use for your support queries. It is crucial to use an email address you can access, as this is where a verification email will be sent.

  • Click 'Sign up'. A welcome email will be sent to the address you provided.

  • Open the email and follow the instructions to verify your email address and create a secure password for your account. Once you have set your password, you will be automatically signed in.

Step 3: Sign in (returning user)

  • If you have already registered, simply enter your registered email address and password into the sign-in box. Click 'Sign in'.

  • If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot my password' link and follow the on-screen instructions to receive a password reset email.

Step 4: Explore your account

Once you have successfully signed in, you will be able to:

  • View your existing tickets: Access a comprehensive list of all your requests, regardless of the channel through which they were submitted.

  • Track ticket status: See the live status of your tickets, including any updates or new replies from the support team.

  • Follow our ‘New Features' page: Stay informed about our latest product updates. Simply visit our 'Palisis New Features' or 'TourCMS New Features’ page at and click the 'Follow' button. You will then receive an email notification every time a new features article is published, ensuring you are always up-to-date.

  • Submit new tickets: Easily create new support requests directly from the portal.
