What does it mean?
Understanding your resellers' performance is key to optimising your sales strategy. Our Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of key metrics, allowing you to quickly assess performance and make informed decisions. This guide will walk you through enabling the necessary sections and downloading a detailed report of your resellers' activity.
What should I do?
To get the most out of your reseller reports, you'll need to ensure all the relevant reseller sections are visible on your Dashboard.
- Select your time frame:
- First, choose a specific date range for your report. You can select it directly from the calendar or use the quick buttons: 'Yesterday', 'Today', or 'Tomorrow'.
- Additionally, you must select an option from the dropdown menu to indicate whether the date refers to the 'Booking Time', 'Event Time', or 'Settlement Time'. The default selection is 'Today' and 'Booking Time'.
2. Enable reseller sections:
- Click the gear icon (⚙️) located on your Dashboard.
- Go to the ‘Content’ tab.
- Here, you can make sections visible or invisible. To get a full picture of your reseller performance, make sure the following options are enabled:
- Reseller mix: This tile provides a table detailing each reseller's revenue and their percentage of total revenue.
- Reseller pie chart: Here you can see the visual representation of this data in a pie chart.
- Leaderboard reseller: This section highlights gross revenue per reseller.
- Key numbers table by resellers: This section provides a detailed breakdown of each reseller's performance, featuring key metrics such as revenue, percentage change in revenue (compared to the previous period), total tickets sold, and percentage change in tickets sold (compared to the previous period).
3. You can also drag and drop sections to change their order on your Dashboard for a personalised view.
4. Refine your report (optional):
- Filter information: To narrow down the data in your report, go to the gear icon (⚙️) > Filter. Here, you can select specific information to include.
- Include/remove items: You can also choose to include or remove individual items from the report by going to the gear icon (⚙️) > Included items.
- Remove tiles: To remove an individual tile from your dashboard, click the three-dot menu (•••) on the tile and select 'Remove Tile'.
How to download your reseller report
Once you've configured your Dashboard with the desired time frame, filters, and included items, you can easily download this information as a comprehensive report.
