What does it mean?
This advanced feature allows your sales team to reprint specific tickets from a multi-ticket booking. For example, if a booking includes three tickets and only the last one needs reprinting, you can reprint just that individual ticket.

What should I do?
Once the feature is enabled, follow these steps to reprint a ticket:
- Navigate to BOOKING SEARCH.
2. Search for the booking using either the customer's email or the booking ID.
3. Click on the relevant booking to open its details.
4. Locate the specific ticket you wish to reprint and swipe from right to left across it on the screen.
5. Tap the Reprint icon.
6. Confirm that this is the correct ticket you intend to reprint.
To prevent fraud, all reprinted tickets will include a "Copied ticket" watermark. Additionally, every reprint action will be recorded in the system's audit trail for full accountability.
