What does it mean?
Redeeming vouchers on your device is a simple process that allows you to validate and apply vouchers quickly during check-in or payment. Whether customers present a digital or printed voucher, you can scan or manually enter the code to complete the redemption.
In this article, you'll learn how to scan or enter voucher codes for redemption and understand the different responses displayed on the device.
What should I do?
To redeem a voucher, select the QR code icon and scan the QR code or barcode printed on the voucher. The device will then verify the voucher's validity with the server.
Click OK if it’s valid and the ticket will be added to the basket. After that, click on the printer icon to print the ticket.
If the voucher is invalid, the device will display a red error message on the screen. This could mean that the voucher is not valid, the allowed rescheduling period has expired (redemption too late), or the voucher is not yet eligible for redemption (redemption too early). In any of these cases, rescheduling cannot be performed directly on the device.
If the voucher is still valid, but it's for a different event, either in the past or in the future, the device will prompt you to reschedule it. In this case, simply click on the ‘Reschedule & Check-In’ button and select the correct event to check in the passenger.
