How to change the paper roll in a handheld device

What should I do?

To change the paper in an Adyen S1F2 terminal, you can: 

1. Pull up the paper roll compartment cover.
2. Remove any partial paper roll.
3. Insert the new paper roll with the paper feeding out from the bottom.
4. Close the paper roll compartment cover.

Steps 

1. Grasp the cap of the device on either side from the end.
2. Pull up away from the paper output.
3. Load the receipt paper face-down.
4. Close the lid and snap it into place.

Troubleshooting

If the paper prints blank, you can try swapping the direction of the paper. 

Additional information

It's important to have enough receipt paper because without it, you can't accept payments.
