What does it mean?
The "Find Last Booking" feature allows you to quickly display the most recent booking on the device screen, enabling you to process a refund without the need to scan the booking QR code. This streamlines operations and makes the refund process much more efficient.
What should I do?
This is not a standard functionality, so please contact our support team by writing to support@palisis.com, and we will activate it for you. It can be enabled either for your entire account or for specific devices, depending on your needs.
Once the feature is enabled, follow these steps to find the last booking:
- Tap the three dots button.
- Select Enter Barcode.
- The last booking will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
To process a refund:
- Tap on the booking ID to view the booking details.
- If the refund is still allowed (by default, within 5 minutes of the booking), the option to refund will be available.
- If Quick Refund is enabled, you will also see this option.
- If the cancellation period has expired, the refund will no longer be possible.
