Where do I find it?
You can check the current Palisis app version installed on your devices on the ‘Start Ticketing’ screen.
What does it mean?
This article explains how to update to the latest version of the Palisis app.
The Palisis app is continuously evolving, with frequent updates to enhance your experience and ensure you have access to the latest features. These improvements are included in new app versions, which we release regularly throughout the year. Additionally, we always roll out a major update every high season (March or April), ensuring all the latest features are available for peak operations.
What should I do?
Our Customer Success team proactively informs customers about upgrading to the latest version ahead of the high season, usually a few days in advance. However, if you’d like to update your devices outside of this period, please contact us at support@palisis.com to request the installation of the latest Palisis Ticketing app version.
To proceed, provide our support team with your devices' serial numbers and your Palisis account name. You can also find the device serial number on the ‘Start Ticketing’ screen.
Additionally, let them know a suitable time slot for the update. The installation will be triggered automatically at the agreed date and time and may take up to an hour to complete. You don’t need to take any action during this time—just make sure your device stays online and connected to a power supply throughout the process.
If the device is not turned on or online during the update, there’s no need to worry. The Palisis app will update automatically as soon as the device is powered on and connected to the internet. Please note that, in some cases, the process may take up to an hour to complete.
Once the installation is complete, reopen the Palisis app to verify that the new version has been successfully installed. You can find the version number on the ‘Start Ticketing’ screen.
After that, you can start using the app as usual, now with access to the latest features.
