How to access "Your orders" in the Webshop

What does it mean?

In this article, we'll explain how your customers can claim their orders from your webshop. This process allows them to easily access all their bookings and download their tickets in PDF format. By simply entering their email address and confirming access via a link sent by Palisis, your customers can retrieve their orders at any time. This helps improve the user experience and reduces the need for customer support inquiries.

 

What should I do?

To claim their orders from the webshop, they simply need to follow these steps:

1. Click on "My Orders" and enter their email address.

2. They'll receive an email from Palisis with a link to "Access Your Order". The name of your Palisis account will be displayed at the end of the email.

3. They need to click the link, and they’ll be redirected to the "My Orders" section in the webshop. There, they’ll find a list of all their bookings. You can easily download your tickets in PDF format by clicking the "Download Tickets" button.
