What does it mean?
The Box Office is Palisis' booking engine, allowing you to sell your products directly or enable your partners to sell on your behalf. Commissions are automatically calculated based on the Partner Pricing settings configured for each partner.
Additionally, the Box Office can be used to create manual bookings as needed.
What should I do?
If your Box Office is not yet active, please contact our Support team here to enable this functionality.
To configure the main Box Office settings, navigate to Account > Sales Configuration. For more information, please visit the support article here.
Box Office for own sales
Access to the Box Office is restricted to authorised users. Before proceeding, ensure that the user has the necessary permissions by navigating to Account > User Management > Edit the user.
If the user has access only to the Box Office, they will be redirected directly to the Box Office page after logging in. However, if the user also has Backoffice access, they will first be redirected to the Backoffice. From there, they can access the Box Office by clicking on the option in the sidebar menu, as mentioned earlier in this article.
Box Office for partner sales
All partners have access to the Box Office by default. However, ensure that they have permission to sell your products by configuring the settings in Sales channels > Partner management > Partner Permissions.
If you want to allow partners to make payments via credit card in the Box Office, you must also enable this option.
