What does it mean?
Account switching in Palisis allows users to seamlessly move between multiple Palisis accounts without the need to log out and log back in. This feature is particularly useful for users managing multiple accounts, such as regional offices or different business units. However, to use this functionality, your user profile must have account-switching permissions. These permissions are granted by our support team upon request, ensuring secure and authorised access to the intended accounts.
What should I do?
To switch to a different account, please submit a request to Support team here. In your email, kindly provide your current account name, the new account you wish to switch to, and your user email address.
Once the switch account permission has been granted by our support team, follow these steps:
- Log in to your original Palisis account as usual.
- Navigate to User > Account Switch in the menu.
- Select the account you wish to switch to from the list.
You will always start by logging in to your original account. To return to it from the second account, repeat the process by going to User > Account Switch and selecting your original account. This ensures a seamless transition between accounts.
