What does it mean?
These settings allow you to limit the minimum and maximum number of tickets per booking on a specific operation line, regardless of the passenger category type. It’s helpful if you want to preserve your capacity from customers booking online or if you require a minimum of tickets per booking.
What should I do?
First, navigate to your offers configuration and edit the route for which you want to limit the basket size.
There, you will find the attributes 'Minimum Basket Size' and 'Maximum Basket Size,' where you can set a minimum, a maximum, or both, according to your needs.
Example: a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 tickets per booking.
