How to edit a reservation

Where do I find it?

Operations > Tickets & Bookings > Booking edit > Edit Reservation

BoxOffice > Bookings > Booking edit > Edit reservation

 

What does it mean?

The reservation feature provides you with the ability to create unpaid reservations that deduct the according capacity from your tour and can then be turned into a standard booking by adding a payment.

Here we explain how to edit or modify an exisisting reservation not paid yet.

 

What should I do?

You need to click on the “Edit reservation” button in the booking details.

This will redirect you to the BoxOffice with an empty basket which allows you to start the reservation from scratch.

 

You will be able to change the number and category of passengers, the route, the product, the priceplan and the selected event date.

Only the passenger data and the assigned UID (both in green boxes in the picture) remain the same.

 

You can also edit a reservation directly in the BoxOffice. The process is the same, except that in this case you need to head to Bookings, open the reservation screen and click on the “Edit reservation” button at the bottom of the page.

 

And then you can make the reservation again with the same passenger information. 

 

Please, note that the top bar colour is green when you are editing a reservation.
