Where do I find it?
Boxoffice
What does it mean?
The reservation feature provides you with the ability to create unpaid reservations that deduct the according capacity from your tour and can then be turned into a standard booking by adding a payment.
Reservations are processed through BoxOffice. Sales agents cannot make reservations.
What should I do?
At the moment, a reservation can only be made via BoxOffice.
You will find the “Make reservation” button at the bottom of the checkout page. By clicking on the button, you will create a reservation, reserving the corresponding capacity.
Furthermore, if you wish to include a payment link in the email sent to the customer, providing them with comprehensive details about the reservation, simply check the designated checkbox and select the expiration date and time for the payment link.
In case you have a notification email entered for the Product in Setup > Product & Services > Edit a Product, then the system will send a notification email to inform about the reservation.
Additionally, there is an email template for reservations in the Email Templates section.
How does the PDF look?

How does the new PDF look?
