How to configure your "Report Templates"

Where do I find it?

Reporting > Templates

 

What does it mean?

This section enables you to create your own report templates which can then be used in the 'At a glance' and 'Data export' sections. 

 

What should I do?

To create a new template, click on the '+ Add' button:

 

Next, you'll need to enter a name, select a delimiter to separate the data when downloaded as a CSV file, choose the type of quotes, decide on the sorting criteria—either by Booking time, Event time, or Ticket—and indicate whether or not to include the header. If you intend to import this file into an external system, for instance, your ERP, it's advisable to download the reports without the header.

Following that, select the rows you wish to include in the template by activating the selectors.

 

 

Once your report template has been saved, you can edit it and upload a pivot table. However, some steps need to be done in advance. For more information about how to import Pivot tables, please visit the following article.
