Where do I find it?
Sales channel > Webshop > edit the Webshop > Offers
What does it mean?
This feature lets you choose exactly which price plans (ticket options) are visible on the desktop Webshop.
It is especially useful when you have different prices for:
B2C / end customers.
Groups or schools.
OTAs or other partners.
By using this setting, you can hide internal or partner-only price plans so that only the appropriate prices are shown to your end customers on the desktop webshop.
What should I do?
Go to Sales channel > Webshop and click Edit on the webshop where you want to control which price plans are visible.
Open the Offers tab (offer configuration) and edit the corresponding offer.
Enable the setting “Show priceplans” and manually select the price plans you want to show on the desktop webshop (one or more).
Click Save on the offer edit screen and then click Save again on the webshop edit screen.
After saving, the desktop webshop will only display the price plans you selected. Any unselected (e.g. B2B or OTA-only) price plans will be hidden from end customers.
