What does it mean?
This feature allows you to assign a certain device to a certain partner, so all the bookings sold would be saved as External vouchers from that specific partner.
Benefits of using this feature include:
- There is no need to register the device on the partner account. The device will be working on your own account.
- The partner permissions and pricing can be configured on the Partnering section, as usual.
- Although the device is registered in your own account, the revenue is taken as indirect sales with the corresponding commissions applied.
Where do I find it?
Only backoffice admin users are allowed to manage this setting. You need to head to Configuration > Devices > Manage Devices
What should I do?
First of all, the partner should have an external voucher block type “wildcard” assigned, so for that, you need to go to Partnering > Sales agents > External vouchers and make sure to add an external voucher block type wildcard to the partner:

After that, then go to Configuration > Devices > Manage Device, select the device according to the serial number or device id and then select the corresponding partner in the dropdown menu:
After that, all the bookings sold on that device would be external vouchers from the selected partner and the system will automatically generate an external voucher number for them.
