In this article, we will explain how to add internal notes to a booking. Internal notes in the Boxoffice will only be visible to you and your staff, and can be configured individually for each operation line. Go to Transportation > Operation Lines, choose an operation line, and click on the two dots to activate internal notes as per the image below.
Once the Internal Notes setting is active, a field for notes will be visible on the checkout page of your Boxoffice when making a booking.
You will be able to see those notes in the passenger list of an event in Operations > Prebookings.
Internal notes will also be visible in the booking details of a ticket in Operation > Search tickets. You can add new notes by clicking on Add Note.
