Assumption: All the requirements mentioned in the articles "Create or claim your Google My Business account" and "Optimizing your products for Reserve with Google (and other OTAs)" have been met.
Step 1: To sell your products through the various Google platforms (Google Search, Google Maps, Google Voice Search ) and TourCMS, you must agree to our terms & conditions in Homepage > Configuration & setup > Reserve with Google (click Logo at the bottom-left).

Step 2: Go to Homepage > TourCMS Marketplace and enter into the Travel agent search field "Google booking with Palisis".
In the results, you can see if you are already connected to Google. If you are are, our tour validity checks have shown that at least one of your products meets all the requirements to be sold by Google.
Unlike other OTAs, your products must meet specific requirements (please compare to Optimizing your products for your resellers (OTAs)) and have to be whitelisted by our Support team in order to be sold by Google.
If you go to the "Tour Whitelist", you can see which of your products have already been whitelisted. We currently don't allow our customers to amend the whitelist on their own to maintain a healthy feed and keep errors to an absolute minimum.
Step 3: If your account isn't connected or your products aren't whitelisted (but should in your opinion), please contact our Support team (email@example.com) and request a meeting with a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager. This Manager will then prepare a detailed briefing about your products' current state and offer advice on what needs to be done to make your products eligible. Please be aware that due to the expected high demand, there might be a waiting period.
