How to setup automatic reports

Where can I find it?

Reports & Analysis > Configuration > Public Reports 


What does it mean?

In this section, you can set up the automatic generation of your report on a daily, monthly or yearly basis.


What shouldI do?

The first step is to create a report template

Then, go to Reports & Analysis > Data export where in the report template you will have to select the corresponding template. After setting the relative time frame and applying filters (if needed), check the box to make the report “public within company” and click on save .


IMPORTANT: Keep in mind, that the automatic generation of the report only works with relative time frames. This means that a custom selected time frame won’t work.


Go back to Configuration > Public reports and you’ll find your report template there. Activate your report and insert an email address where you would like to receive the report. You can add as many email addresses as you wish, separated by a comma (,). Now configure when and how often you would like the report to be sent. Do not forget to save changes.


In our example, the report will be sent to on the first Monday of every month at 08:00. 

By clicking on Send now you can manually send the report immediately.
