Where do I find it?

Reports & Analysis > Overview

What does it mean?

The Overview feature gives you generic insight into your gross revenue, revenue (gross revenue minus commissions and external costs), number of tickets sold and number of passengers that have been checked-in in the corresponding period. The overview displays the above mentioned values for the current day, week, month and year.

One frequently asked question when checking the overview is why the number of tickets differs from the number of passengers. A ticket does not automatically count as a passenger. Only once a ticket has been checked in, it is counted as a passenger. Keep in mind, that a single ticket can also count as more than one passenger, depending on the weight trigger of the passenger category.

The arrows below the values display a comparison of the data with the same time frame from the previous year.

For more detailed insight, we recommend using the At a glance feature.
