Where do I find it?

Configuration > User Management:

What does it mean?

In this article we will explain the permission level a Palisis user might have, the functionality of the main permissions and how they are structured in the 'User Management' section.

Authority Level

mceclip0.png

  • Backoffice user Admin: backoffice administrator (granted by Palisis). The user can edit or delete everything within the account and modify billing details, company information, etc.

  • Backoffice user: the user can only access the Backoffice

  • Sales user: the user can only access the device (not the Backoffice nor the Box Office)

  • Box Office: the user can access the Box Office to sell the tickets

  • Box Office Admin: box office administrator. The user can edit or delete everything within the Box Office and modify billing details, company information, etc.

If the authority level is only set to Box office or Box Office Admin user, you can't configure special permissions.

Permissions

It is possible to give the user all the permissions available in the Backoffice (except the special ones) by clicking on the 'all granted' checkbox.

However, if you prefer to delimit the permissions allowed, you can uncheck that box and select those permissions you want to give the user.

The permissions have the same structure as the back office. On the first level you will see the main tab that you can find on the top of the Backoffice, followed by tabs you can find on the left side of the Backoffice with all the tabs they include.

  • Refund not allowed: the user can't make refunds.

  • Refund user selection allowed: when making a refund it is possible to choose the user related to that refund.

  • Billing: the user can access and modify the Billing section (set a credit card, check the status of the last billings, etc.)

  • Partner Management: the user can access the Partner Management section, create or delete partners and modify the pricing and partner permissions to sell the owner products.
