What should I do?

When creating a timetable or a priceplan for a route, you must bear in mind the validity dates because sometimes it is easy to forget the validity date of the priceplan and, as a result, the day after the last validity day, the priceplan is not valid anymore, so you can’t sell the product, and can lose sales.

This issue could affect the bundles also, so you need to check the validity and timetable of all the tours and products included in a bundle.

If you forget to extend the validity date, a good clue to realize it, it would be the color of the priceplan. You will notice it will change from blue to red color.

As you can see in the screenshot, the first priceplan, the blue one, is still valid because its validity date is 31/1/2018. However, the red one is not valid anymore because its validity date is 20/06/2018.

For that reason, every time you create a new timetable or priceplan, we recommend keeping in mind the validity date. This way, you will be able to extend the validity date before the last day is coming.
