In this article, we're going to inform you about how to get and set up and Adyen account. The process of getting an account and negotiation of conditions, fees, etc. is with Adyen is entirely managed by Adyen itself. Palisis AG will not influence or intervene in this process at all.
Once you have your Adyen account, then we need to appropriately set up your credentials in your Palisis account.
Get an Adyen account
As a first step, you should contact Adyen via email firstname.lastname@example.org asking for information, conditions, etc. They will get back to you as soon as possible, probably with some questions about your operation and volume of business. This communication should take place exclusively between you and Adyen.
We suggest you create an Adyen test account in order to get familiarized with the backoffice.

Once you have your Adyen account, then please write an email to email@example.com for us to activate your connection in Palisis for BoxOffice and/or Webshop sales. The following information will be required:
- Adyen merchant account
- Adyen username
- Adyen password
