Where do I find it?
Configuration > Business Data > Voucher Layouts
What does it mean?
Voucher Layouts define what your printed voucher looks like. For instance, in case one of your partners (sales agents) also works with Palisis Instant Ticketing and he sells your products onsite using a Palisis device, then a voucher would be printed out. At some point, this voucher would be redeemed on your devices.
You can influence here designing your customized Voucher. There are six different subcategories: Text, Picture, Barcode, Tickets, Separator, and Voucher. Remember that this voucher will be printed out on the partnering devices.
Voucher: You are not able to make any changes to this token. You should add it to the layout because in this token the price is included and to which amount the ticket has already been paid.
All the other tokens are the same as in ticket layouts and you can also use some additional non-standard tokens mentioned in this list.
What should I do?
Design your vouchers. And remember that you need to save every assigned block, otherwise the layout will not or only partly be printed.
