We released update 4.25.0 on Wednesday the 17th of January. The most noteworthy improvements to Palisis Ticketing are the following:
Boxoffice manual pricing:
Some tour operators wished for the functionality that allows Boxoffice users to manually edit the sales price. We included this capability in this release.
If you wish for this capability in your Boxoffice please inform our Palisis support staff and tell us exactly which Boxoffice users shall have this permission and which of your products shall have an editable pricing. We’ll gladly take care of the necessary configuration for you.
Changing the format of date and time in your Booking info template:
It was wished by a client that the format of date and time in the Configuration > Email Templates should be editable:

Thereby a typical “German” date time format would be dd.MM.yyyy at HH:mm. A typical US format would be MM/dd/yyyy at hh:mm aa.
Changes to the Reporting Exports:
In the past, it was an issue in the reporting to trace vouchers once they were redeemed. We recognized this and allow now for the export of those redeemed vouchers. Please create a Report Template in Reports & Analysis > Configuration > Report Templates and tick on the box “Redeemed Vouchers” to do so:
Besides that we added the following data columns for your exports:
- Ticket Status (BOOKED, DISABLED, FINISHED)
- Valid Until (Timestamp in local time of owner)
- Count of use
- Partner Group (Name)
- Partner Manager (Name)
- Direct/Indirect (Sale)
- Desktop Webshop
- Webshop Widget
- Pickup Route
- Pickup Point
- Pickup Point Description
- Pickup Time
