What does it mean?

Adyen stores are essential for processing credit card payments on your devices and in your online shop. If you process onsite credit card payments, you need a POS store, and for online payments, you require an eCommerce store.

If either of these is missing, please contact us at support@palisis.com, and we will assist you with the setup.

What should I do?

Here, you can update your store details, such as the store name and description. The remaining fields are not editable by end users. If you need to make changes to any other fields, please contact us at support@palisis.com.

• Store Name: The trading name of your business. This name will appear on the shopper's statement.
• Description: Add a brief description to help you identify your store. For a POS store, include -pos at the end of the description to enable credit card payments on devices. For an eCommerce store, add -ecom to enable credit card payments in your online shop.
