What does it mean?
This functionality allows you to edit your booking by selecting a new event with a different date and/or time.
What should I do?
When you click on a booking, you have the option to reschedule all tickets within the booking or just a single ticket.
How to reschedule all the tickets?
For that, you need to click on the blue arrow button from the booking details screen.
After that, click on 'Reschedule all (if on the same event)' and select the new date and time in the calendar:
How to reschedule a single ticket?
For that, you need to click on the ticket, then click on 'Reschedule departure' and finally select the new date and time in the calendar.
