What does it mean?
In this feature, you can check the cash status from your suppliers. Either all at once or one by one.
You see how many tickets you sold, for how much, the amount of the commission, the deposit amount and if you owe money to your partner or if your partner owes money to you.
Further, you can look at the last 250 tickets sold by each partner. Select the partner and click on the two dots next to the name. The same list as stated above will pop up. Now you can check online and onsite sells and the last 250 tickets in each branch.
What should I do?
Check your own sales. It is important for the invoice.
How to close a partner's settlement?
We recommend closing settlements at least twice a year. Please note that after 13 months any settlements that remain open will be automatically closed and can no longer be changed.
To close the settlement you should follow the steps below:
Go to Partnering (1) -> Sales agents (2) -> Cash Status (3) -> Select the corresponding partner (4) -> select until which date the settlement will be closed (5) -> click on "Close" (6).
